This is my first ever blog, so bear with me as I try it out. Consider this an introduction to the fitness journey on which I am about to embark.
As of last week, I started the P90X training program, and I am already seeing results. I'm currently around 6'0, in decent shape, but I want to be in the best shape. This blog is going to serve as a type of home base for me to report what I'm up to with the program, and to post progress pictures.

ReplyDeleteDaniel, you can find the program at stores like GNC, walmart, any big department store. Comes with the dvds and you need to buy some basic equipment
